The right wheels and tyres have a major influence on handling, grip and the overall feel of the ride. In this category you will find tyres, inner tubes, rims, complete wheels and accessories for pit bikes, mini motocross bikes, minibikes, quad bikes and other vehicles. The range includes almost 400 items and is divided into individual subcategories, from tyres and inner tubes to spokes, valves, wheel axles, spacers and rim locks.
When choosing a tyre for a pit bike or mini motocross bike, its size is one of the most important specifications. It must match the rim being used and the requirements of the particular vehicle. As well as the size itself, check the tyre's intended use and tread pattern. A tyre suited to off-road riding will differ from one intended for surfaces where you need different handling characteristics. When replacing a tyre, the simplest approach is usually to check the marking on the sidewall of the original tyre and compare it with the specifications of the new one.
The correct size and intended use are also key when choosing quad bike tyres. ATV tyre markings commonly contain several values – for example, 19×7-8 or 21×7-10. Different sizes should not be treated as interchangeable simply because they look similar. The tyre must match the rim and also be suitable for the particular quad bike and its intended use.
If the wheel uses an inner tube, you need to choose the correct inner tube size for the tyre and rim. The current range includes inner tubes for pit bikes, mini motocross bikes, minibikes and quad bikes in a variety of sizes – for example, 60/100-14", 80/100-12", 90/100-14" or ATV sizes 145/70-6", 16×8-7" and 21×7-10". When replacing an inner tube, we recommend checking not only the tube itself but also the internal condition of the tyre and rim to avoid unnecessary damage to the new part after fitting.
If replacing the tyre or inner tube is not enough, you will also find rims and complete wheels in the range.
When choosing these, you need to check more than just the wheel diameter. Rim width, the axle and its diameter, the hub, mounting hole spacing, the position of the brake disc or rear sprocket and the overall wheel design may all be important. For example, the specification “14 inches” alone is not enough to determine whether a complete wheel is compatible.
On spoked wheels, spokes and spoke nipples can also be replaced individually. The range includes various lengths and designs for front and rear wheels of different sizes. When replacing a spoke, it is important to choose the correct length and design. The wheel spokes must also be correctly tensioned – uneven tension can affect wheel geometry and how the wheel runs.
A wheel is more than just a tyre and a rim. This category therefore also includes wheel axles, axle spacers, valves, valve caps, bolts and nuts, rim tapes, rim locks, rim covers and spoke covers. These small components are useful for routine servicing, repairing a damaged wheel or a complete chassis restoration.
The most reliable starting point is the marking on the original tyre. You may come across sizes written as 80/100-12, 90/100-14 or 19×7-8, for example. Marking systems differ, so you should not choose a tyre based solely on the final number indicating the rim size. If you are unsure, compare the full size marking and technical specifications of the original tyre with those of the new one.
On pit bikes and mini motocross bikes, it is common for the front and rear wheels to be different sizes or to use different tyre sizes. Typical examples are combinations described as 17/14, 14/12 or 12/10.
When ordering, always check whether you are choosing a part for the front or rear wheel.
Replacing a tyre is a good opportunity to check the inner tube, rim, spokes, bearings, axle and other related components as well. On a quad bike, also check the condition of the rim, valve and wheel fixings. This can help you spot a potential problem before it becomes apparent on your next ride.
