Delivery and payment
From a small spare part to a quad bike on a pallet. Every order needs a slightly different shipping method, so we choose delivery options based on the size, weight and destination of the shipment.
You will always see the available delivery options and their prices directly in your basket before completing your order.
Delivery within the Czech Republic
We use PPL for standard parcel deliveries. This is particularly suitable for spare parts, accessories, gear and other goods that can be safely sent as a standard parcel.
Once we hand your parcel over to the carrier, you will receive the information you need to track its progress.
GLS is another option for standard parcel deliveries. The delivery methods available for your order will be displayed automatically in your basket.
We send motorbikes, quad bikes, buggies and other bulky or heavy goods using DHL Express pallet delivery.
Before dispatch, we carefully prepare and secure the vehicle for transport so that it reaches you safely.
Delivery to Slovakia
We deliver to Slovakia via PPL and GLS.
For large and heavy orders, such as quad bikes, motorbikes or buggies, we use DHL Express pallet delivery.
You will always see the available delivery method and its price in your basket, based on the specific goods and delivery address.
Delivery to other countries
We send international orders via GLS.
Delivery options may vary depending on the destination country and the dimensions and weight of your order. You will therefore always find the currently available option and delivery price directly in your basket.
For bulky goods, or if standard delivery cannot be selected for your order, please contact us and we will be happy to discuss individual shipping arrangements with you.
Payment options
You can pay for your order in several ways. The specific options available for your order will be displayed directly in your basket.
Quick and convenient card payment via a secure payment gateway. Once payment has been completed successfully, we can start processing your order.
You can also pay by online bank transfer through the payment gateway. Payment is usually confirmed shortly afterwards.
You can pay for your order by standard bank transfer. You will receive the payment details after completing your order. We will start processing your order once the payment reaches our account.
For selected orders, you can pay when you receive your delivery. The availability of cash on delivery depends on the type of order, delivery method and destination country.
When will we dispatch your order?
We aim to prepare and dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Dispatch times may vary depending on the type of goods – while standard parcels follow our usual packing process, motorbikes, quad bikes and buggies need to be prepared and safely secured for pallet delivery.
Once we hand your order over to the carrier, we will let you know by email and, if tracking is available for your shipment, you will also receive the information you need to track it.

Why don't you offer free delivery?
We sell not only small accessories and spare parts, but also motorbikes, quad bikes, buggies and other bulky goods. These products require pallet delivery, and the cost varies considerably depending on the size and weight of the shipment. We therefore calculate the delivery price for each order and display it clearly in your basket.
How long will my order take to arrive?
If the goods are in stock, we aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, you can expect delivery within the Czech Republic in one to two days.
My order arrived damaged or incomplete. What should I do?
If there is any problem, contact us and we will work with you to resolve it.
