Handlebars and grips have a significant effect on control and rider comfort. Whether you are replacing damaged handlebars or worn grips, or adjusting your riding position, it is important to choose the right dimensions and design for your particular vehicle.
In this category, you will find handlebars, grips, clamps, adapters, pads and other accessories for pit bikes, mini motocross bikes, minibikes, quad bikes and other vehicles. The range is currently divided into four main subcategories and includes almost 100 products.
When replacing handlebars, you need to consider not just their appearance, but above all their diameter, width, height, bend and mounting method. These specifications affect compatibility with the vehicle as well as the resulting riding position.
The current range includes, for example, 22 mm aluminium off-road handlebars, low- and high-rise handlebars with a crossbar, and coloured handlebars for mini motocross bikes and mini quads.
One of the most important specifications is the handlebar diameter at the mounting point. The range includes components for 22 mm handlebars, as well as adapters that allow a suitable vehicle's handlebar mount to be converted from 22 mm to 28 mm.
However, an adapter alone does not automatically mean that any 28 mm handlebars will fit. You also need to check the clamp dimensions, mounting space, cable and hose routing, and the compatibility of all controls.
Grips, also known as handlebar grips, are the direct point of contact between the rider's hands and the handlebars. Worn, damaged or slipping grips can make your hold less secure, so it is worth checking their condition regularly.
The range includes basic rubber grips for minibikes, mini motocross bikes and mini quads, metal versions and branded PROGRIP MX grips.
When choosing grips, pay particular attention to the handlebar diameter and throttle-side design. On a motorcycle, the right-hand grip usually fits over the throttle tube, while the left-hand grip fits directly onto the handlebar.
Handlebar clamps secure the handlebars to the top yoke or the vehicle's structure. The range includes more universal designs as well as clamps intended for specific pit bikes, mini motocross bikes and quad bikes.
Currently available examples include 22 mm clamps mounted with two M10 bolts, and clamps for ATV 110/125 cc, MiniPit 90R, Daemon, MiniRocket eDIRT or Jumper 60 cc.
When choosing, compare the handlebar diameter, mounting bolt spacing and diameter, clamp height and original mounting design.
Adapters allow you to change the handlebar mounting method or diameter. The current range includes, for example, a 22 mm to 28 mm pit bike handlebar adapter.
Before fitting, it is important to check that changing the handlebar height or position will not put excessive tension on the throttle and clutch cables, brake hose or electrical wiring at full steering lock.
A handlebar crossbar pad is a simple protective component used mainly on off-road motorcycles. The range includes, for example, MM and ProTaper foam crossbar pads.
When choosing a pad, check the dimensions of both the crossbar and the pad itself so that it can be fitted correctly and securely.
Small accessories also include grip donuts, sometimes referred to as donut grip protectors. These fit at the inner end of the grip and can reduce uncomfortable rubbing between your hand and the edge of the grip.
The current range includes, for example, PROGRIP grip donuts in several colour variants.
Before ordering, we recommend comparing the new handlebars with the original part. The key points to check are:
The height and shape of the handlebars affect the final hand position and riding position. Higher handlebars may offer some riders a more natural position, especially when riding standing up, but suitable geometry always depends on the rider's height, the motorcycle's design and riding style.
If you make a significant change from the original handlebars, you also need to check the reach to all controls and the routing of cables and hoses.
After fitting handlebars or clamps, turn the handlebars to full lock in both directions and check that nothing is pulled tight, catches or restricts movement.
Pay particular attention to the throttle cable – the throttle must return correctly and freely throughout the full steering range. Also check that the handlebars and controls are securely mounted.
