Chassis parts for pit bikes, mini dirt bikes and quad bikes

The chassis has a major influence on handling, stability and the overall behaviour of your vehicle. Off-road riding also puts considerable strain on shock absorbers, bearings, joints, suspension arms and other components, making regular checks an important part of maintenance.

In this category you will find replacement chassis parts for pit bikes, mini dirt bikes, minibikes, quad bikes and other vehicles. There are currently more than 450 products, from small oil seals and bearings to complete shock absorbers, forks, frames and rear axles.

Rear shock absorbers and suspension

A rear shock absorber helps keep the wheel in contact with the ground and affects both comfort and the way the vehicle behaves over bumps. Our range includes shock absorbers and related parts for various pit bikes, mini dirt bikes and quad bikes. This category has a dedicated section for shock absorbers and suspension.
When choosing a shock absorber, comparing its length alone is not enough. Other important factors include mounting centres, the width and diameter of the mounting holes, the shock absorber's design and its intended use on a particular vehicle.

Front shock absorbers and forks

Front suspension has its own subcategory, Front shock absorbers and forks. Alongside complete forks, related components are also available, including oil seals, dust seals, fork yokes and protective covers.
If you are replacing a complete front fork, check not only its length and tube diameter, but also how it mounts in the yokes, the front wheel axle, the brake and other associated parts.

Chassis oil seals and bearings

Bearings and oil seals are among the parts that gradually wear out, so it is worth checking their condition regularly.

The current range includes front fork oil seals in sizes such as 33 × 46 × 10.8 mm, 35 × 48 × 11 mm or 43 × 53.2 × 11 mm, as well as oil seal and dust seal kits and other sizes.

For these parts, it is best to choose according to the exact dimensions of the original component. A difference of a few millimetres can mean a completely different part.

Quad bike suspension arms, joints and steering parts

Important chassis components on quad bikes include suspension arms, steering knuckles, ball joints and track rods. These parts connect the wheels to the frame and steering system.

The category therefore includes dedicated sections for suspension arms, steering knuckles, ball joints and track rods, as well as steering columns.

When replacing a part, check the exact vehicle model, which side the part fits, its dimensions, hole centres and mounting method. A description such as “125 cc quad bike” does not guarantee compatibility on its own.

Rear axles for quad bikes

A rear axle is one of the components subjected to considerable stress on a quad bike. This category therefore also has a dedicated Rear axles and accessories section.

When choosing a rear axle, the main things to compare are overall length, the diameters of individual sections, threads, bearing seats and how the hubs, rear sprocket and brake are fitted.

Engine capacity or wheel diameter alone is not enough to select the correct axle.

Wheel hubs and steering knuckles

A wheel hub connects the wheel to the axle or steering knuckle. When choosing one, the mounting dimensions, bearings, wheel bolt spacing and the design of the particular vehicle may be important.

On quad bikes, you also need to distinguish between the right and left sides if the design uses different parts.

Hubs and steering knuckles each have their own subcategory here, so you can search directly by part type.

Frames and swingarms

The range also includes larger structural parts such as frames and swingarms.

Compatibility with the specific model is essential for these parts. The frame or swingarm affects how the engine, suspension, wheels and other components are mounted, so choosing solely on the basis of a similar appearance is not advisable.

Front fork yokes

Fork yokes connect the front fork to the motorcycle's steering. The current range includes, for example, CNC yokes in 45/48 mm and complete upper and lower yokes for the MiniRocket EcoPit, eBeast, eDIRT, MiniPit 70R, PitRock 250, Mikilon Cross 250ML and Mikilon Defender models.

When choosing, check the fork diameter, steering stem, dimensions and handlebar mounting design.

Footpegs for pit bikes and motorcycles

The category also includes footpegs, from simpler replacement versions to CNC aluminium designs. Current options include ALU and CNC ALU footpegs in several colour variants.

When choosing, pay particular attention to the mounting width, pin diameter, stop shape and compatibility with the specific frame.

Stands, seats and racks

The chassis category also includes practical structural parts such as side stands, centre stands, seats and luggage racks. Currently available examples include stands for the MiniRocket eDIRT, SKY pit bikes and Rover and All Terrain motorised bicycles.

Here too, we recommend choosing according to the specific model and dimensions. For a stand, its length and mounting method are important – an unsuitable length can change the angle at which the vehicle rests when parked.

How do you choose the right chassis part?

For chassis parts, the best starting point is the exact vehicle model and the dimensions of the original component. Engine capacity can help narrow down the options, but on its own it almost never guarantees compatibility.

Depending on the part type, check the following in particular:

  • length and diameter,
  • mounting hole centres and diameters,
  • right- or left-hand fitment,
  • mounting method,
  • axle or pin diameter,
  • bearing and oil seal dimensions,
  • how it fits with the brakes, wheels, steering and suspension.

For parts intended specifically for a particular model, it is best to follow the compatibility information listed for the product.

Do not ignore play in the chassis

If you notice unusual play, knocking, a change in steering or abnormal suspension behaviour, it is worth checking the chassis thoroughly.

The cause could be a bearing, joint, suspension arm mounting, hub, steering component, shock absorber or another component. It is therefore not advisable to automatically replace the first part where play is apparent without checking the associated components.

Chassis and steering parts are also safety-critical components, so correct assembly after repairs and a functional check before the next ride are important.
