Plastics and bodywork for pit bikes, mini dirt bikes and quad bikes

Plastics take a real beating when riding off-road. A fall, impact, branch or simply prolonged use can leave cracks, scratches or broken mounting tabs. Replacing a damaged part can restore not only your vehicle's appearance but also proper coverage of its individual components. In this category, you will find plastics and bodywork for pit bikes, mini dirt bikes, mini bikes, quad bikes and other vehicles. The current range includes nearly 200 products, covering complete plastics kits as well as individual body panels, mudguards, side panels and protective covers.

Bodywork for children's quad bikes

Bodywork for children's quad bikes makes up a large part of the range. Currently available options include bodywork for models such as Hummer, Toronto, Buffalo, MiniHummer, MiniHunter, Torino and Hunter II. Some models also offer a choice of colours and designs. When choosing, we recommend searching primarily by the specific quad bike model. The same engine capacity or a similar vehicle size does not mean the bodywork will fit.

Plastics for pit bikes and mini dirt bikes

The range also includes plastics and complete plastics kits for pit bikes and mini dirt bikes. Current examples include complete kits for the electric MiniRocket PitVolt, MiniRocket Jumper 60 cc, Minicross Thunder and Viper. With these parts, it is important to compare the model, the shape of each plastic panel and the mounting points. If a kit is intended for a specific model, it is always better to follow that designation rather than rely solely on the product's appearance.

Fairings for mini bikes

Fairings for mini bikes and mini supermotos form another distinct group. The current range includes, for example, fairings for the PS77 mini bike in several colour variants, MiniRocket Tiger and Minimotard Hobbit. New fairings are useful not only when the original plastics are damaged, but also when restoring an older vehicle or changing its appearance.

Complete plastics kits or individual parts?

If only one mudguard or side panel is damaged, you do not always need to replace all the bodywork. For some vehicles, you can buy individual plastic parts, while complete kits are available for others. A complete kit may be a suitable choice after more extensive damage, for example, or when restoring a vehicle and wanting all the plastics to match.

Before ordering, check whether the product includes a complete kit or just a specific bodywork section.

Mudguards and side panels

The range also includes individual mudguards and side panels. Current examples include mudguards for mini quads and Repti and SIOS quad bikes, or side panels for the Cobra model. When choosing an individual plastic part, check its shape, which side it fits, its mounting points and the specific vehicle model. The left-hand and right-hand side panels may be two different components.

How do you choose the right bodywork?

For plastics, the specific vehicle model is generally more important than engine capacity. Descriptions such as “125 cc quad bike” or “125 cc pit bike” are too general, as the same engine may be used in a wide range of vehicles with different designs.

Before ordering, focus on comparing the vehicle model, plastic panel shape, mounting points, mounting hole spacing and original bodywork design. If you are unsure, comparing photographs and dimensions of the original part with the product on offer can help.

Will a similar-looking plastic panel fit another model?

Not necessarily. The bodywork on several models may look very similar at first glance but differ in mounting details or frame design. Conversely, some bodywork may be specified by the manufacturer for several models – the current range includes, for example, one bodywork set listed for Hummer, Toronto 110/125 cc and the electric 1000 W variant. The compatibility stated for the specific product is therefore always the deciding factor.

Replacing plastics to change your vehicle's appearance

You do not need to consider new plastics only when the old ones are broken. For models with several colour variants available, new bodywork can also change the appearance of the entire motorcycle or quad bike.

The range includes, for example, black, coloured, carbon-look and camo variants for selected models.

When changing the design, the same rule still applies – compatibility first, colour second.
