Exhausts for pit bikes, mini motocross bikes and quad bikes

The exhaust system is an important part of an internal combustion engine. Whether you are dealing with a damaged exhaust, a leak between the engine and the header pipe, a worn end can or the restoration of an older vehicle, the key is to choose a part that suits the specific engine and the vehicle's design.

In this category you will find exhausts and replacement exhaust system parts for pit bikes, mini motocross bikes, quad bikes, buggies, motorised bicycles and other petrol-powered vehicles. The range includes complete exhausts, separate end cans and header pipes, as well as gaskets, exhaust packing, guards and fitting accessories.

Complete exhausts for pit bikes and mini motocross bikes

If you need to replace a larger section of the exhaust system, you can choose a complete exhaust designed for the relevant type of motorcycle. The current range includes, for example, complete exhausts for the CRF50 pit bike or the SKY pit bike.

Engine capacity alone is not enough to go by when choosing an exhaust. Important factors include dimensions, the engine mounting, header pipe routing, mounting points on the frame and the vehicle's overall layout.

Exhausts for quad bikes and buggies

The range also includes exhausts for specific ATV and buggy models. Current examples include the ATV SpeedBird 125 cc, Buggy 125, Buggy 125 MIDI, Cheetah 200X or HammerHead GT80. For these parts in particular, we recommend choosing primarily by the vehicle's model. Two quad bikes or buggies with the same engine capacity can have completely different exhaust routing and mounting points.

Exhaust end cans and silencers

If the header pipe is in good condition and you only need to replace the rear section of the system, a new exhaust end can or silencer may be enough. The range includes separate end cans for specific models as well as other options for pit bikes and motorcycles.

Before ordering, check the connection diameter, end can length, mounting method and its position relative to the frame and bodywork plastics.

Exhaust headers and pipes

The exhaust header pipe carries exhaust gases from the engine towards the end can. High temperatures, vibration and its position on the vehicle can lead to damage, corrosion or leaks at the joints over time.

When choosing a new header pipe, important factors include the shape and diameter of the pipe, the engine mounting, the connection to the end can and its routing around other parts of the vehicle.

Exhaust gaskets

The exhaust gasket is a small but important part. It is used where individual sections of the exhaust system join together and helps to seal these connections.

The current range includes several gasket sizes, such as 40 × 30 × 5 mm or a 30 mm version, as well as gaskets designed for motorised bicycles. When removing the exhaust, it is advisable to check the condition of the gasket and replace any damaged or badly deformed gasket with a suitable new part.

Exhaust packing

Silencers that can be dismantled use exhaust packing, also known as silencer packing. The range includes several sizes and types, including Athena packing and versions intended for 4T exhausts.

The packing can deteriorate over time through exposure to heat and exhaust gases. If the design of the particular end can allows the packing to be serviced, it can be replaced as needed. When choosing packing, take the type of silencer into account and use material specifically intended for this purpose.

Exhaust wraps and other accessories

The category also includes heat-insulating wraps, clamps, plugs and other accessories. Currently available examples include wraps for pit bikes and ATVs, or an exhaust plug for diameters of 25–45 mm. For every accessory, you need to check its dimensions, intended use and compatibility with the specific exhaust system.

How do you choose the right exhaust?

When choosing an exhaust, we recommend focusing primarily on the specific vehicle or engine model and the dimensions of the original part. A description such as “125 cc pit bike” or “125 cc quad bike” alone does not guarantee compatibility. Before ordering, compare the engine mounting, connection diameters, header pipe shape and routing, end can mounting points and overall dimensions in particular.

If you are replacing only one section of the exhaust system, also check how it connects to the remaining original parts.

Does a performance exhaust automatically mean more power?

No. Simply fitting a different exhaust does not automatically guarantee an increase in power. The result depends on the engine design, exhaust system, intake, carburettor or fuel injection settings and other parameters.

Some modifications may require the engine to be correctly adjusted afterwards. If you are simply replacing a damaged standard exhaust, the easiest option is to choose a compatible replacement that matches the original design.

Exhausts and noise levels

The exhaust system also affects the vehicle's overall noise level. A damaged end can, missing or worn silencer packing, or leaks at the joints can change the sound of the vehicle.

If you notice an unusually loud sound after a ride, it is worth checking not only the end can, but also the header pipe, gaskets, joints and mountings of the entire exhaust.
