High-quality manufacture.

Sprockets from Japanese brand RK are manufactured from special premium SCM-415 alloy steel.

• RK sprockets feature highly durable teeth and excellent mechanical properties
• the use of high-quality, high-strength medium-carbon steel improves drivetrain performance and durability
• precision machining with minimal tolerances eliminates unnecessary friction caused by uneven surfaces, improving performance and power transmission efficiency
• special carburising heat treatment of the steel (Carburising Heat Treatment) ensures high toughness, wear resistance and maximum service life
• the surface of RK sprockets is hardened by subsequent shot peening (Shot Peened Hardened Surface)
• some RK front sprocket models feature lightening holes to reduce weight
• front sprockets from Japanese brand RK achieve a long service life thanks to the use of special steel (tempered chromium-molybdenum alloy steel) and heat treatment by hardening and quenching
• with correct maintenance and chain adjustment, RK sprockets paired with RK CHAIN chains offer a very long service life and high reliability
