Completely redesigned for optimum performance in 47–49 cc engines.
Suitable for minibikes, mini dirt bikes, mini quads and mini supermotos!
4-piece cooling assembly, even higher compression
Increases engine capacity from the standard 40 cc to 49 cc!
Redesigned piston
The separate cylinder head offers improved cooling and makes the engine easier to tune.
Gudgeon pin diameter increased to 12 mm. Piston diameter 44 mm. Full-circle crankshaft = improved cylinder charging. Five transfer ports.
The kit includes:
full-circle crankshaft with reinforced gudgeon pin,
piston with rings,
cylinder and cylinder head,
complete gasket set,
spark plug
Technical specifications:
- Increases engine speed from 8500 rpm with the original cylinder to approximately 17500 rpm.
- The crankshaft has been reinforced.
- Manufacturer-quoted power output of up to 10 HP when combined with other components.
- When combined with a performance exhaust and carburettor, engine power increases by more than 100%!
