Controls connect the rider to the vehicle and take a lot of punishment during use. Falls, impacts and everyday wear can all take their toll on the throttle twist grip, brake or clutch lever, gear lever and other components.
In this category, you will find controls and spare parts for pit bikes, mini motocross bikes, quad bikes and other vehicles. The range includes over 200 products, with separate subcategories for throttle twist grips, levers, gear and kick-start levers, control modules and switches.
The throttle twist grip is one of the most frequently used controls on a motorcycle. On petrol-powered vehicles, it generally operates the throttle mechanically via a cable, although the exact design can vary between models.
When replacing it, check the handlebar diameter, mounting, throttle cable routing and end fittings, and compare the new part with the original twist grip.
Electric motorcycles and quad bikes use a different power control system from conventional petrol engines. The range therefore has a separate ECO throttle twist grips subcategory for electric vehicles.
With an electronic throttle, it is important to check not only the mechanical dimensions but, above all, the connector, wiring configuration and compatibility with the specific vehicle's controller. Similar-looking twist grips may not be electrically interchangeable.
Quad bikes often use a thumb throttle lever, which lets you operate the throttle with your thumb without twisting the entire grip.
When choosing a throttle lever for an ATV or children's quad bike, check how it mounts to the handlebars, the throttle mechanism design and its compatibility with the cable or electrical system, depending on the type of vehicle.
Levers are among the first parts that can be damaged in a fall. The current range includes standard left- and right-hand brake levers, adjustable and folding versions, children's brake levers for petrol and electric mini quad bikes, and levers for hydraulic brakes.
When choosing a brake or clutch lever, it is not enough simply to check whether you need a left- or right-hand version. Compare the length, shape, mounting, pivot pin and the design of the mechanism it operates as well.
A gear lever, also known as a gear shifter, allows you to operate the gearbox on a petrol motorcycle. When choosing a new lever, the shaft diameter and spline design, as well as the lever's length and shape, are important.
If you are replacing a damaged gear lever, we recommend comparing the new part directly with the original. A similar appearance or even the same engine capacity does not necessarily mean the mounting is the same.
Petrol pit bikes, mini motocross bikes and some quad bikes may be fitted with a kick-start lever, also known as a kick-starter. The current range includes, for example, kick-start levers for NRG mini motocross bikes and several versions for ATVs.
When choosing one, pay particular attention to the shaft diameter, splines, lever position and the clearance needed for its movement.
More modern vehicles also have various handlebar-mounted control modules and switches. Depending on the model, these may operate the lights, starting system or other electrical functions.
The current range includes control modules for models such as the FactoryTeam 90 cc, Mikilon Defender, Pentora 250 and ECO Farmer electric quad bike.
Compatibility with the wiring system is essential for these parts. Before ordering, compare the connector, number of wires, wiring configuration and functions of the original module.
The choke helps carburettor engines start from cold. If it is operated by a separate lever or handlebar-mounted mechanism, this control can also be replaced if damaged. The current range includes, for example, a complete handlebar-mounted choke assembly.
When choosing one, it is again important to check the control design and compatibility with the cable and carburettor.
When choosing replacement controls, we recommend using the specific vehicle model and the dimensions of the original part as your starting point. Descriptions such as “125 cc pit bike” or “110 cc quad bike” may not be enough to identify the correct part.
In particular, compare the dimensions, left- or right-hand position, handlebar or shaft diameter, mounting method, cables, connectors and wiring configuration.
Pay particular attention to connectors and wiring configurations when choosing electrical controls. A physically similar part may not be compatible with your vehicle's electronics.
